CYT offers classes during three sessions throughout the school year: Fall, Winter, and Spring, with camps offered during the summer. Each session features a variety of classes in drama, voice, dance, and specialty areas, designed to develop creativity, confidence, and performance skills. Most classes are kept small to encourage personal attention and growth. At the end of each session, students have the opportunity to showcase what they've learned in a special performance for family and friends, celebrating their progress both on and off the stage.

Winter Class Session
•Session Dates: November 30th - February 9th (Monday and Tuesday evenings).
•Registration Viewing: October 28th
•Registration Opens: Open October 31st at 9:00 am.

Spring Class Session
•Session Dates: March 15th – May 18th (Monday and Tuesday evenings).
•Registration Viewing: February 17th
•Registration Opens: February 20th at 9:00 am.

New to CYT?

Welcome! Start with a class that fits your student’s age and interests. Each class listing provides its schedule, location, tuition, and registration details when available.

How to Register
1. Review the session dates and available class listings.
2. Open the Family Account login using the person icon at the top of the website. New families can choose Create New Account.
3. Add or select your student, then follow the class registration and checkout prompts.
4. Review your confirmation and any instructions from CYT.

Classes and Shows
Classes provide theater arts training and a session showcase. Mainstage productions have a separate audition and casting process. Students ages 8–18 enrolled in CYT classes may audition, subject to the production’s eligibility requirements. Class enrollment does not guarantee casting.

Finding the Right Fit
Check the age range, experience requirements, location, and schedule in the individual class listing. Ask the classes team about choosing an appropriate class or discussing your student’s support needs.

Curriculum

CYT Classes are at the heart of our program because we want to help our students learn and grow. We offer a wide variety of classes, and they all enable students to gain valuable theater arts training, develop confidence and make friends. Join us for a session or two, or for the whole year! Classes are offered fall, winter, and spring.

Our Teachers

A CYT Teacher’s mission is to train and instruct students in such a way as to promote the development of character, self-esteem, and confidence. CYT teachers are qualified and experienced in the area in which they teach. They have been trained in the CYT methods of instruction and agree with the CYT values and outcome goals. All CYT teachers have been background checked and adhere to our CYT Mission and Values. Our teachers truly care about their students and provide a constructive and fun environment for them to learn.

Showcase

Parents, friends, and relatives are invited to attend CYT's Showcase performance on the last day / evening of classes, free of charge! Showcase is the grand finale of each session of classes, at which every class makes a 5-10 minute presentation of something they have learned and rehearsed during the session. Don't miss the action!
