Join our “Write to Thrill” class, where aspiring young writers dive into the exciting world of scriptwriting! Students will collaborate to craft captivating thrillers and whodunnits, exploring essential elements like plot development, unexpected twists, and gripping climaxes.
In this class, students will learn how to:

Karina holds a PhD in STEM from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and has over ten years of teaching experience in math, science, and art. Karina is certified in mixed-media art and enjoys singing, acting, painting, crafting, and jewelry design. An avid writer and reader, she has a particular passion for thrillers and musicals. Known for her high-energy classroom environment, she fosters a welcoming atmosphere where every student feels valued and inspired. She believes in the importance of balancing hard work with creativity and fun, incorporating layered vocal arrangements, team-building exercises, handmade props, and exciting choreographies into her teaching toolkit.
