CYT's programs are about so much more than musical theater! We are dedicated to developing character in children and adults one stage at a time.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are able to serve our community by providing quality, affordable educational programs, and productions. However, ticket sales and class tuition are not sufficient to cover the cost of delivering top-notch programming.

A gift to CYT is an investment in an established, family-oriented organization that helps provide young people a safe, wholesome environment and skills to make better life choices so that they become positive, contributing members of their community. CYT also allows young people to explore the arts in an atmosphere that nurtures their inner creativity while developing their character.

CYT Fredericksburg has been a valuable part of theater arts in our area for over 15 years. We offer classes for ages 4-18 that enable our students to gain valuable theater arts training, develop confidence, and make lifelong friends!

We believe that all children should have access to arts education and that no child should be turned away from a class due to an inability to pay. By donating to our Holiday Giving Campaign, you can help us make CYT classes a reality for a child in need of assistance, while also supporting our show and programming needs as well. 

CYT presented 3 mainstage productions and 2 CYT lite performances to thousands of patrons in 2024 and we are so grateful to our loyal supporters. It takes a lot of resources to put on these performances, which is why we rely on donations from supporters like you to make these shows a success. Our goal is to raise $5000 to give class assistance, but also to purchase much needed supplies for our productions. Any amount given is so appreciated.
